The installation ceremony of the Students’ Council of Our Lady of The Rosary Higher Secondary School, Dona Paula was held on 17th July’ 23. The manager of the school, Sr. Celia Fernandes was the Guest of Honour.
The program began with a prayer by General Secretary and Asst. General Secretary. Portfolios were distributed to the newly elected members and they received badges and sashes from the Principal, Sr. Jenet Almeida and Sr. Celia Fernandes who later addressed the gathering and spoke about the qualities of a good leader.
The council members were administered an oath by the Principal. All the Council members sang an inspirational song on this occasion.
The council poster depicting the photographs of council members of this year was revealed by the Principal. The General secretary Miss Stella Maria Lopes delivered a speech.
The program was compered by a student, Miss Cheriffa Dsouza and the students’ Councilor of the yearb 2023-24, Mrs. Sujata N. Nayak. The program ended with vote of thanks.
