Our Lady of the Rosary Higher Secondary School, Dona Paula, organized Orientation Sessions for the students and parents of Std. XI and Std. XII on 22nd and 23rd June 2026 respectively.
The resource person for both sessions was Fr. McQueen Winston Savio Mascarenhas, SCJ, who shared valuable insights on the challenges and opportunities that students encounter during their higher secondary years. Through his engaging and thought-provoking address, he encouraged students to cultivate discipline, responsibility, resilience, and a positive outlook towards their academic and personal growth. He also emphasized the importance of effective communication and cooperation between parents, teachers, and students in creating a supportive environment for success.
The speaker was formally introduced by Ms. Kim Costa, who highlighted his experience and contribution to youth formation and education.
Parents and students actively participated in the sessions, making them interactive and meaningful.
The orientation sessions proved to be enriching and informative, setting a positive tone for the academic year ahead.
