An insightful talk on the Prevention and Protection of Sexual Harassment (POSH Act) was organized by the POSH Internal Committee of Our Lady of the Rosary Higher Secondary School, Dona Paula, for its staff on 16th April 2026.
The session was conducted by Advocate Dr. Sandhya Ram, faculty member at Salgaonkar College of Law and a member of the POSH Clinic. She delivered an informative and engaging talk, addressing key aspects of the Act and clarifying numerous queries raised by the staff.
The session proved to be highly enlightening and helped deepen understanding of rights, responsibilities, and preventive measures related to workplace safety.
