A Special talk was organized for the Student Council 2025-2026 of Our Lady of the Rosary Higher Secondary School, Dona Paula on the topic “Leadership skills “ on 21st July 2025
The Guest speaker for the session was Ms. Karen Pinto.
Ms. Karen engaged the students by conducting an interactive game and enjoying to the tunes of an action songs which taught the council members many qualities of a good leader.
The term LEAD was explained to the students where,
L- Listen
E- Empathy
A – Accountability
D- Demand
And how they can apply this as a leader.
