“Rekindle and Relive Your Memories”

As part of the 150th Anniversary celebrations of the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary (F.M.M.) Congregation worldwide, Our Lady of the Rosary Higher Secondary School organized an Alumni Meet themed “Rekindle and Relive Your Memories” on 19th December 2025 in the H.S.S. hall.
The alumni were warmly received with flowers and a token of remembrance. The programme began by invoking God’s blessings, after which the Principal, Sr. Manisha Parmar, welcomed the gathering and briefly highlighted the mission and works of the F.M.M. Congregation across the world. The occasion was graced by the presence of Sr. Brijit D’Souza, Manager, Sr. Manisha Parmar, Principal, and Sr Lourdu Bandanadam, Superior of Our Lady of Help Convent, Ribandar.
A nostalgic PowerPoint presentation beautifully captured memories of the two formative years spent at the Higher Secondary School, evoking awe and fond recollections among the alumni. The ex-students actively participated in an entertaining handball match, with teams comprising F.M.M. Sisters, teachers, and alumni. Others toured the campus, reliving cherished moments in classrooms, laboratories, sports grounds, and fondly recalling the familiar long bell announcing break time. Many captured these memories by creating reels with great enthusiasm.
The alumni later joined in interactive games, collaborated enthusiastically, and formed a core team to coordinate future alumni meets. The sharing of memories—simple yet deeply treasured in heart and mind—created moments of joy and appreciation. The programme concluded with a sumptuous meal, enjoyed by all, bringing the reunion to a warm and memorable close.
