Hindi Day was celebrated with great zeal at Our lady of the Rosary Higher Secondary School. Students presented a special assembly showcasing the rich diversity of Hindi language and literature. Gehna Khatib, a student of Class 12 Commerce, delivered a short speech on the Relevance of Hindi Diwas. Deepika Ravat of Class 11 Commerce, the winner of the Hindi Poetry Writing Competition, recited her self-composed poem titled Matrubhasha. A creative reel on the theme Hindi Bhasha, prepared by Haritha Chenneboyina of Class 12 Arts, was also showcased during the assembly. As part of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat, and in view of Goa being the partnering state with Jharkhand, students staged a short play highlighting Jharkhand’s rich language and culture. In addition, under Swachhata Pakhwada, a video on personal hygiene was shown, reinforcing the importance of cleanliness and healthy living among students.
